There's just not much standing in their way at this point. An outfield of Horan, Jesus Galindo and Chuckie Jones could be very intriguing. Slightly higher power ceiling than Horan. I think Horan is a better pure hitter with a slightly lower power ceiling, stuck to LF with some risk of having to move to 1B.DrBGiantsfanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10699322384438591979noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7389427040394111033.post-37848232365790060082014-01-30T20:55:26.939-08:002014-01-30T20:55:26.939-08:00Give him the Mac treatment. If not, this guy has an outside chance. Somebody is going to have to play left field when the Blanco/soup du jour platoon runs it's course.

Ryanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08483153782366187271noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7389427040394111033.post-13949127068579911132014-01-30T20:48:43.794-08:002014-01-30T20:48:43.794-08:00In your opinion would a comparison to Mac Williams...In your opinion would a comparison to Mac Williamson be appropriate? A relatively athletic college outfield power bat with some swing and miss only a year apart from a guy who had a very successful and promising year at San Jose, it seems to me that besides from body they are very similar although Mac didn't put up huge numbers at Wake Forest but in a very difficult conference for hitters I feel they should almost be thought about in the same way. Even though Horan is significantly smaller they're both really big guys and can still run plenty.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
