AAA: Albuquerque Isotopes outscored the Sacramento River Cats 8-6.
Jesus Rodriguez C- 3 for 5, SB(3). BA= .346.
Bryce Eldridge 1B- 3 for 5, HR(3). BA= .305.
Victor Bericoto RF- 2 for 4, 2B. BA= .306.
Turner Hill CF- 2 for 4. BA= .321.
Sam Hentges LHP- 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K. ERA= 3.86.
Trent Harris RHP- 1.2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 K's. ERA= 7.50.
Wilkin Ramos RHP- 1.1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K. ERA= 2.51.
Nick Zwack LHP- 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 1 K. ERA= 14.73.
Fans are going to start getting restless for Eldridge and Rodriguez pretty soon. Eldridge's strikeout rate hovers around 30%. Bullpen game with Trent Harris recording the most outs. Wilkin Ramos is pitching well.
AA: Richmond Flying Squirrels outlasted the Somerset Patriots 4-3(10 innings).
Scott Bandura LF- 0 for 2, 3 BB. BA= .325.
Parks Harber DH- 3 for 5. BA= .357.
Cesar Perdomo LHP- 6 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 4 K's. ERA= 2.16.
I was impressed by Perdomo's 3-pitch mix when I saw him pitch a few years ago. Rooting for him.
A+: Hillsboro Hops topped the Eugene Emeralds 3-1.
Jacob Bresnahan LHP- 3.2 IP, 2 H, 2 R, 2 BB, 4 K's. ERA= 4.91.
Ryan Vanderhei RHP- 1.1. IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K. ERA= 2.53.
Cade Vernon RHP- 3 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 0 BB, 1 K. ERA= 3.21.
Jacob Bresnahan makes his season debut. Seems really late but we're still in April.
A: Ontario Tower Buzzers bombed the San Jose Giants 18-9.
Hayden Jatczak 1B- 3 for 5, 2B. BA= .333.
Damian Bravo LF- 1 for 3, 2 BB. BA= .274.
Isaiah Barkett 3B- 2 for 4, 2B. BA= .360.
Fernando Gonzalez C- 2 for 3, BB. BA= .292.
Garrett Langrell RHP- 2 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 K's. ERA= 1.69.
Once you get past Keyner Martinez and Argenis Cayama, SJ pitching is a disappointment. Of the 2025 Draftees, Langrell has pitched best.
In his last 2 appearances against Alburquerque, Bivens has not been effective after 7⅓ scoreless innings — something wrong with him?
ReplyDeleteBrewers have DFA'ed Matos, I would love to see him back in the Giants system
ReplyDeleteThis fan is ready for Eldridge, Rodriquez and Bericoto now. Not necessarily all at once.
ReplyDeleteFanDuel has the over/under on runs scored today's SF/PHI game at 8. If I were to make a bet, I would take the over.
OTOH, would love to see Mahle pitch like he did against LA.
And, if Mayle does pitch like he did against LA, he will break his Good-Bad-Good-Bad-Good performance which will also be Good!
